Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY SUBMITTING A SUBMISSION INTO THIS CONTEST, THE ENTRANT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE PHOTO AND ESSAY SUBMITTED MAY APPEAR ON SPONSOR'S WEBSITE, SHARED TO SPONSOR'S SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND/OR BE USED IN ANY FUTURE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT ADDITIONAL APPROVAL OR COMPENSATION.
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
- Eligibility: The Milo's Tea – Milo's Jug Club 80th Anniversary Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (or 19 for residents of AL & NE). Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Employees of Milo's Tea Company, Inc., 3112 Dublin Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022 (the “Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Administrator”) (collectively with Sponsor the “Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, contractors, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Contest and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Promotion Overview: The Promotion will consist of a contest where entries will be judged using the Judging Criteria set forth in Official Rule #6 below to select the eight (8) Contest Grand Prize winners (the “Contest”); and a sweepstakes where entrants who submit a Contest entry will automatically receive an entry into the applicable weekly sweepstakes random drawing where one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will be selected each week during the Promotion Period (“Sweepstakes”). There will be ten (10) separate weekly Sweepstakes entry periods during the entire Promotion Period as defined in the Sweepstakes Entry Chart in Official Rule #3 below. Eligible individuals can also enter the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion without submitting a Submission into the Contest, by mailing an entry as described in Section #7 below.

Promotion Periods: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 29, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of the following time periods and deadlines:
- The Contest entry period begins on April 20, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends June 19, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Entry Period”).
- The Contest judging period will run from May 20, 2026, through June 26, 2026 (“Judging Period”).
- The weekly Sweepstakes periods will occur as set forth in the Sweepstakes chart below (each a “Weekly Sweepstakes Period”):

- How to Enter: To enter the Contest, during the Contest Entry Period (defined in Official Rule #3 a. above) visit milosjugclub.com (“Website”) and complete the Contest entry form, write an essay in the entry box provided on the entry form on the Website explaining why you are a Milo’s Jughead (“Essay”), and upload a photo supporting the story depicted in the Essay (“Photo”) (the entry form, Essay and Photo are collectively referred to hereafter as the “Submission”). Upon submitting the Submission, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest and will simultaneously receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. All Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 19, 2026, to be deemed an eligible entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue relating to the Submission, including any issues with uploading the Photo or submitting the Essay. Limit one (1) Submission per person during the entire Contest Entry Period. In order to be deemed an eligible entry, each Submission must comply with the Submission Requirements and Submission Content Restrictions, and the following Photo Guidelines:

Photo Submission Guidelines:
- Any Photo that includes any other individual(s) other than the entrant, the entrant must have the prior authorization of such individual(s) (or their parent/legal guardian if any individual is a minor) or will be disqualified.
- The Photo may not depict the entrant in an unsafe situation.
- The Photo must be a PNG, GIF, JPG OR JPEG file format, with a maximum of 5 MB. Hi resolution images of at least 300 pixels per inch (dpi) is recommended.
- The Photo may not be captured by a hired photographer or generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- The Photo must not include any profane, obscene, or otherwise in inappropriate language, gestures, attire, or visuals. Content should be wholesome and family appropriate.

Submission Entry Requirements.
- Entrant agrees to and understands that the Submission will be made available to the public, including without limitation, posting on the Internet and may appear in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing materials. Whether or not Submission is published on the Internet, Sponsor does not covenant or guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Submissions.
- The Submission must not have been submitted previously in any Contest of any kind.
- Submission must be an original creation of the submitting entrant which is under no restriction, contractual or otherwise, that will prevent Sponsor’s use of the Submission. The Submission must be free of any and all liens, encumbrances and claims of third parties. Entrant acknowledges, agrees and warrants that, nothing in the Submission infringes on any copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks belonging to any person or entity other than the Submission absent a suitable license, clearance or permission agreement (proof of which may be required upon Sponsor’s request), or violates any person’s rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary releases and permissions have been secured. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties and their respective parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by entrant of these Official Rules or the warranties and representations made by entrant in this paragraph. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s pre-existing work does not qualify as the entrant’s original creation.
- By uploading the Submission, entrant agrees, for zero compensation, to grant to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in the Submission and each of its constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, the Sponsor’s right to publish, make available to the public, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from (including compilations or montages, and otherwise use the Submission (or parts thereof) through any media available at any time during, or after, the Contest Entry Period on any related websites, in any promotional materials, whether related or unrelated to the Contest, and at any other location, whether physical or online, that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate and necessary for the operation and promotion of this Contest or the Milo’s Tea brand. In addition, entrant warrants that any so called “moral rights” in the Submission have been waived and entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use any ideas from any Submission, whether or not entrant has been awarded a prize in connection with any such Submission, or other materials. Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of Released Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, and subcontractors from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which entrant or entrant’s heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on entrant’s behalf or on behalf of entrant’s estate, have or may have by reason of: (i) Sponsor’s exercise of any rights granted by entrant in this paragraph; (ii) claims based on violation of any right of publicity or rights of personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, loss of earnings or potential earnings in connection with Sponsor’s use of the Submission and any portion thereof, or the likeness of any natural person therein.
- Entrant is responsible for securing necessary permissions, talent and location releases, and licenses for any material contained in the Submission to the extent such materials are permitted under these Official Rules. Any prohibited content, even if permission is obtained, will result in disqualification.
Submission Content Restrictions: Submissions must not contain material that:
- Violates or infringes another’s rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- Is disingenuous or contains any falsified information;
- Contains material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- Contains any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements);
- Contains indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous;
- References persons without their written permission;
- Disparages any persons or organizations;
- Includes threats to any person, place, business, or group;
- Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
- Does not depict or reference alcohol, drugs, smoking, weapons, political statements or any controversial or divisive topics that could reflect negatively on the Milo’s Tea brand.
Failure of any Submission to comply with any of the above “Photo Guidelines,” “Submission Requirements,” and “Submission Content Restrictions,” as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, may result in disqualification of entry. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Submission that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, its products or services, seems disingenuous, does not comply with these Official Rules, or if Sponsor or Administrator receive a notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein (including but not limited to any photo). All Submissions shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor.

Judging Criteria & How to be a Grand Prize winner: During the Judging Period, all eligible Submissions received during the Contest Entry Period will be judged by an independent judging panel using a 100-point system where judges will score each Photo and Essay using specific judging criteria as set forth below (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”).
PHOTO JUDGING CRITERIA: Up to 100 points for the Photo showcasing the entrant’s love for Milo’s Tea using the following criteria and points: creativity/originality of the photo (Up to 25 Points); the ability of the photo to evoke feelings of love for Milo tea (Up to 25 Points); technical quality of the photo (Up to 25 Points); the photo visually supports and conveys the message in the Essay (Up to 25 Points).
ESSAY JUDGING CRITERIA: Up to 100 points for the Essay for telling a story or memory of why Milo’s Tea is such an important part of your life using the following criteria and points: creativity/originality in telling of the story or memory in the Essay (Up to 25 Points); relevance to the theme of telling a story or memory of why Milo’s Tea is such an important part of your life and love of Milo’s Tea (Up to 25 Points); emotions depicted in the Essay and supporting the Photo submitted (Up to 25 Points); and mechanics of the Essay/structured and organized well (Up to 25 Points).
The eight (8) Submissions with the most points using the preceding Judging Criteria will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winners. In the event of a tie, the Submission with the most overall points in the Essay portion of the Judging Criteria will be deemed the Grand Prize winner from among all tying Submissions. In the event a tie still remains, the Submission with the most points in the relevance to the theme of telling a story or memory of why Milo’s Tea is such an important part of your life and love of Milo’s Tea criteria within the Essay Judging Criteria category will be deemed the winning Submission from among all tying Submissions. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor or Administrator as set forth in Official Rule #10 below.
- How to enter the Sweepstakes: To enter the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion, upon submitting a Submission in the Contest portion, the entrant will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes without submitting an entry into the Contest portion of this Promotion, eligible entrants can hand print their complete name, address, email address, and telephone number on a 3 x 5” card/paper and mail it in a first-classed stamped envelope to: Milo’s Jughead 80th Anniversary Contest, c/o Brandmovers, PO BOX 1807 Clayton, GA 30525, to be postmarked by the Postmarked By date and received by the Received By dates as set forth in the Weekly Sweepstakes Entry Chart in Official Rule #3 above, to be entered into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period based on the date the entry is received. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Any entrant attempting to receive more than one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes will disqualify all of their entries and will not be eligible to enter or win a prize in this Promotion.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Random Drawings: Administrator will randomly select one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner from all eligible entries received in each Weekly Sweepstakes Period, to occur on or about the Random Drawing date set forth in the Sweepstakes Entry Chart in Official Rule #3 above. Non-winning entries from any Weekly Sweepstakes Period WILL roll over to subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Period random drawings. Odds of being selected as a Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries that are received up to the date of each applicable random drawing. Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor or Administrator as set forth in Official Rule #10 below.
- Winner Notifications: Each potential Contest Grand Prize and Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor or Administrator via email or telephone on or about the day they are selected as a potential winner, to verify eligibility (each, a “Winner Notification”). In the event Sponsor or Administrator are unable to reach a potential winner after two (2) attempts, and/or after 48 hours from the first notification, that potential winner will forfeit their right to be a winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate may be selected. For the Contest the alternate will be the Submission with the next highest points using the Judging Criteria; for the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from among all remaining entries received up to the date of the applicable random drawing. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for any Winner Notification that goes unanswered or unopened for any reason, including but not limited to technical glitches, misdirection, undeliverable, or is otherwise not received by any potential winner for any reason. Sponsor/Administrator will select up to two (2) rounds of alternates for any specific available prize using the methods described above, and in the event the alternates are also not verified, that particular prize will not be awarded. Potential Contest Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity and Liability Release, and a W9 tax form, where applicable (collectively, the “Prize Releases”). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a potential Contest Grand Prize winner if they do not sign the necessary Prize Releases within seven (7) days of the date the Prize Releases are sent to the potential Contest Grand Prize winner. A 1099 form will be submitted to appropriate tax authorities for all Contest Grand Prizes.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”): Eight (8) Contest Grand Prizes – A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to visit Milo’s hometown of Birmingham, Alabama for an exclusive 80th Anniversary ParTEA and behind-the-scenes brand experience. Trip includes: roundtrip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and a guest from Sponsor-approved major airport nearest winner’s residence to Birmingham, AL; two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-specified hotel in Birmingham, AL (one standard room/double occupancy); a $300 meal stipend awarded in the form of a check; and a $200 rideshare gift card (or check). Grand Prize also includes eMilo’s Jug Club merch bundle, including a Varsity Jacket, a Patch Hat, a License Plate Cover, and an Owala, and; a Year of Milo’s Tea awarded as fifty-two (52) product vouchers. ARV: $3,362 each. The total ARV of all Contest Grand Prizes is $26,896.00.
The trip must be on the dates specified by Sponsor (projected to be sometime in September 2026), or will be forfeited in its entirety and go unawarded. All local, state and federal taxes associated with the Grand Prize are the winners’ sole responsibility. Grand Prize is non-transferable, and not substitutable. Sponsor may substitute the prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize. All final trip dates are subject to Sponsor’s approval at their sole discretion. A valid major credit card will be required upon check-in at the hotel. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses of the trip not specified as included in these Official Rules, including but not limited to tips, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, laundry, insurance, baggage fees, ground transportation, parking, and other personal expenses associated with the Trip. Grand Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Vouchers are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on the voucher. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any flight cancellation/delay. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if a winner is unable to take the Trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, pandemic, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control. Winner is solely responsible to ensure they have all required travel documentation for their flight. For more information, please visit the State Department’s consular website at www.travel.state.gov or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s website at www.dhs.gov. In the event a winner does not have the proper travel documentation required for air travel, is unable or unwilling to procure such documentation prior to travel, declines air travel for any reason (including fear of flying or medical condition), or if the travel destination is within a three hundred (300) mile radius of the Grand Prize winner’s residence, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare. In all such instances, no refund or compensation will be provided for the difference between the approximate actual retail value and the approximate retail value stated in these Official Rules. Failure to obtain or present valid travel documentation when required may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize in its entirety, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further compensation. The merchandise portion of the Grand Prize is awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise transferred as a condition of acceptance. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or revoke eligibility for future promotions if the prize is resold or bartered in violation of these Official Rules. Grand Prize will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen after delivery to the winner. Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding the Grand Prize. Winners must accept the Grand Prize as stated by Sponsor, or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Ten (10) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes – Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive a different prize, depending on the date they are selected as the Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner. Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes are as follows:
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #1 - A Gallon Rope Hat. ARV: $18.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #2 – An Owala water bottle, and an 80th Sticker Pack. ARV: $55.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #3 - Backpack Cooler. ARV: $60.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #4 - $50 Merch Store Credit. ARV: $50.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #5 – An LTO Peach Tea. ARV: $6.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #6 - A Jug Hugger. ARV: $25.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #7 - Tote Bag, a Bandana, and a Bag Charm. ARV: $35.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #8 - Milo’s Famous Corduroy Hat. ARV: $20.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #9 – Five (5) 1-Gallon Milo’s Tea vouchers. ARV: $30.00.
- Weekly Sweepstakes Period #10 – A “This is My Tea Shirt” t-shirt. ARV: $22.00.
Total ARV of all Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes is $321.00. Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes may not be transferred, sold, bartered, substituted or redeemed for cash, however, Sponsor shall have the right to substitute a Weekly Sweepstakes Prize for one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion for any reason. Voucher is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on the voucher. All federal, state and local taxes associated with any Weekly Sweepstakes Prize, if any, is the winner’s sole responsibility.
- Claiming a Prize: In order to collect a Grand Prize, upon receipt of the Prize Releases, winner must work directly with the Administrator to arrange for the trip portion of the Grand Prize, and work directly with the Sponsor or Administrator to arrange to receive the merchandise portion of the Grand Prize. In the event a potential Grand Prize winner fails to provide the Prize Releases and/or fails to arrange for the trip portion of the Grand Prize no later than July 15, 2026, they will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize. Upon winner verification of any Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner, Sponsor or Administrator will mail the Weekly Sweepstakes Prize to the winner. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for the mailing of any Weekly Sweepstakes Prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, stolen or mutilated or technical glitches associated with the mailing or emailing of any prize. All unclaimed or returned prizes remain the property of Sponsor.
- Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness: By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s participation in this Promotion, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of the prize in its entirety and/or any portion thereof; and (d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her image, likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason whatsoever beyond its reasonable control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Such reasons may include, without limitation, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, natural disaster, public health crisis (including any epidemic or pandemic) labor dispute or strike, act of God, act of war (declared or undeclared), terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, technical or system failures of any kind, or any other cause or factor that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, affects or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper functioning of the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor shall have the right to determine whether and how to proceed with the Promotion in a manner it deems fair, appropriate, and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process and/or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sponsor promotion, or to be engaging in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive or harmful manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all available remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate data, content, or entry information, whether caused by entrants, human error, printing or typographical error, technical malfunction, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of phone calls, entries, Submissions, or prize-related communications; or (5) any injury, damage, loss or expense to persons or property arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of entrant’s participation in the Promotion; the creation, posting or submission of any content (including photos or essays); travel, transportation or accommodations associated with any prize; or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are also not responsible or liable for (6) personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death; (7) delays, cancellations, or disruptions in travel or lodging arrangements, regardless of cause, including weather, government orders, acts of God, terrorism, or public health events; (8) any claims, demands, or cause of action relating to publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or the use, publication, or display of any Submission or entrant likeness; (9) any typographical, administrative, clerical or promotional error in any materials, announcements, advertisements, or communications associated with the Promotion, or (10) any other losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or any prize-related activity. Entrants acknowledge that participation in the Promotion and any related activities or travel is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk, and by entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion, any travel or activity related to the Promotion, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email, using the contact information provided on the entry form, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling this Promotion.
- Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in the Grand Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Alabama under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Alabama state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Alabama law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Alabama. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
